Namibia Critical Metals Selling Four Namibia Gold Properties to Sylla Gold for C$0.25 Million of Shares and Cash

04:11 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Namibia Critical Metals ( NMREF ) on Tuesday said it agreed to sell four Namibian gold properties to Sylla Gold ( SYGCF ) for for three-million shares priced at C$0.05 each and C$0.1 million in cash.

The company said the properties are its Grootfontein, Erongo, Otjiwarongo, and Kaoko licences in the southern African country.

"NCMI now fully focuses on advancing its Lofdal Heavy Rare Earth Project and is working to deliver a Pre-Feasibility Study in H2 2024," it noted.

Namibia Critical Metals ( NMREF ) shares closed unchanged at C$0.045 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
