PARIS, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Namibia is a "golden province"

for TotalEnergies, ​deputy chief financial ‌officer Arnaud Le ⁠Foll

said on Wednesday ⁠during an analyst ‌call, ‌adding that the

company plans ​to explore ‌a new prospect called Olympe, ​located

near its ​Venus ‌discovery.

Le Foll also said that the company's ⁠Venus project is

expected ⁠to reach a final investment decision by ⁠mid-2026, ‌with

first oil targeted ‌for 2030. In ⁠addition, TotalEnergies could

take a final investment decision on the Mopane project in 2028.
