PARIS, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Namibia is a "golden province"
for TotalEnergies, deputy chief financial officer Arnaud Le Foll
said on Wednesday during an analyst call, adding that the
company plans to explore a new prospect called Olympe, located
near its Venus discovery.
Le Foll also said that the company's Venus project is
expected to reach a final investment decision by mid-2026, with
first oil targeted for 2030. In addition, TotalEnergies could
take a final investment decision on the Mopane project in 2028.
