04:30 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nanalysis Scientific ( NSCIF ) after close of trade Friday announced that its previously disclosed offering of 12% unsecured promissory notes for aggregate gross proceeds of $2 million is now fully subscribed.

As part of the offering, the company will issue an aggregate of 1.6 million bonus common shares to subscribers, a statement noted.

Closing of the offering is scheduled to occur on or about June 11, 2025.

NSCI was unchanged at $0.25, near 52 week lows.
