07:38 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) said Tuesday that its board has launched a strategic review to evaluate a range of options to maximize shareholder value.

The company said it has hired Guggenheim Partners and Houlihan Lokey as exclusive financial advisors to support the process.

As part of the changes, Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) said it has removed CEO Ofir Baharav from his role and named board member David Stehlin to succeed him. Stehlin joined the board in February 2025

Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shares were up 7.6% in premarket trading.
