08:48 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) said Monday that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act for its planned acquisition of Desktop Metal ( DM ) has expired.

This indicates that there will be no further review by US antitrust authorities, Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) said.

The company said it is on track to close the transaction in Q4.

Desktop Metal ( DM ) shares were up 5% in recent premarket activity Monday while Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) was unchanged.
