11:29 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shareholder Murchinson said Sunday that proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis recommended Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shareholders to vote in favor of Murchinson's board nominees and reject Chief Executive Officer Yoav Stern's pay package.

Murchinson said it owns about a 7% stake in Nano Dimension ( NNDM ).

Glass Lewis said Murchinson's nominees Ofir Baharav and Robert Pons "appear both credible, and suitably independent," to represent Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) shareholders' interests, according to the stockholder.

Nano Dimension's ( NNDM ) board election will be held at the company's Dec. 6 annual meeting.

Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) were up over 7% in recent Monday trading.
