Nano Dimension Terminates CEO Yoav Stern, Names Julien Lederman Interim CEO

09:20 AM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) said Thursday that its board terminated the role of Chief Executive Yoav Stern, effective immediately, and named Julien Lederman as interim CEO.

The 3D printing company said its board has launched a search for a permanent CEO. Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) did not provide a reason for Stern's termination.

Lederman has been vice president of corporate development since 2021, and previously worked at Amazon.com (AMZN), Goldman Sachs (GS), Lehman Brothers, and the World Economic Forum.

Shares of Nano Dimension ( NNDM ) were up more than 1% in recent premarket activity.
