10:13 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Labs ( NA ) said Wednesday it will invest about $5 million in CEA Industries ( VAPE ) through a share and warrant purchase.

The company said the agreement includes 495,050 shares priced at $10.10 each and an equal number of warrants exercisable at $15.15 per share. If fully exercised, Nano Labs ( NA ) could own up to 990,100 CEA shares, the company said.

Nano Labs ( NA ) said the investment is part of CEA's ongoing $500 million Private Investment in Public Equity financing plan.

The transaction is subject to standard closing conditions, Nano Labs ( NA ) said.

Shares of Nano Labs ( NA ) were up 8% in recent trading, while CEA stock was down more than 11%.
