02:01 PM EDT, 07/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Tuesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Blockfusion Ventures to explore advanced microreactor solutions for powering remote AI data centers.

Nano Nuclear will evaluate its microreactors for Blockfusion's Niagara Falls datacenter and explore clean energy options.

The non-binding, non-exclusive MOU sets up a 23-month collaboration framework that may lead to future agreements.

Nano Nuclear shares were down 5% in recent trading.
