08:37 AM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Monday it has closed its previously announced upsized $36 million public offering.

The company said it sold 2.1 million shares and warrants to buy 1.2 million shares at $17 per share and warrant.

The underwriter retains an option to purchase 317,646 additional shares through Nov. 22, the company said.

The proceeds from the offering will fund research and development of its microreactors, ZEUS and ODIN, and support other technology and business initiatives, the company said.
