06:55 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Wednesday that it signed a memorandum of understanding with Dioxitek, setting a non-binding framework for the companies' evaluation of uranium conversion to enrichment feedstock and its supporting infrastructure in Argentina.

Based on the results of the evaluation, the companies will look into a potential collaboration to support the country's nuclear supply chain and "peaceful" use of nuclear energy using Dioxitek's current facility, according to the statement.
