09:00 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Monday it has signed a feasibility study agreement with manufacturing company BaRupOn to evaluate supplying its Kronos MMR microreactors to provide 1 gigawatt of nuclear energy.

The company said it will evaluate power demand, reactor integration requirements, suitability of available land, and site access for the deployment of Kronos MMR units at BaRupOn's Liberty American Multi-Sourced Power and Innovation Hub being developed in Liberty, Texas.

BaRupOn will compensate Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) for completion of the assessment, the company said.

Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent Monday premarket activity.
