10:18 AM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Tuesday that it plans to invest more than $12 million to build a manufacturing, research and development facility in Illinois.

The company said the project will be supported by the Reimagining Energy and Vehicles in Illinois program, and it will receive $6.8 million in incentive awards from the program.

Shares were up more than 7% in recent trading.
