08:20 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said it plans to sell 630,253 units, each comprising one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase half a share of common stock.

The assumed price per unit is $23.80, based on the last Nasdaq trading price on July 2, the company said in a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The warrants, which are not expected to be liquid, will be exercisable until five years after the issuance date, the company added.

The actual offering price will be determined through negotiations and may differ from the assumed price, Nano said.
