10:30 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Tuesday it has filed a series of provisional patent applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office to secure intellectual property protection for its recently acquired annular linear induction pump technology.

The pump is a key enabling technology for its "ODIN" microreactor in development and the broader advanced nuclear reactor industry, the company said.

The technology addresses challenges in high-efficiency thermal fluid management for clean energy and high-temperature industrial processes, offering advantages over traditional pumps, Nano added.
