Nano Nuclear Granted Motion to Dismiss Shareholder Derivative Lawsuit by State Court

09:58 AM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Monday a state court granted in full Thursday two motions to dismiss a lawsuit against the company and its officers and directors in a putative shareholder derivative action.

The case is Latza v. Walker, et al., Case No. A-24-900423-B, filed in Clark County, Nevada District Court.

Shares of Nano were up nearly 4% in recent early Monday trading.
