10:32 AM EDT, 07/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Friday it completed the overallotment option of its recently closed follow-on public offering, with underwriters fully exercising the option to purchase an additional 135,000 shares priced at $20 per share.

Gross proceeds from the offering, including the exercise of the overallotment option, were about $20.7 million, of which net proceeds were about $18.6 million, the company said.

Shares of Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) rose more than 3% in recent trading activity.
