09:43 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy ( NNE ) said Tuesday it signed a memorandum of understanding with critical metals exploration company UrAmerica to evaluate potential projects in Argentina relating to the development of the country's uranium supply chain.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The companies are now assessing opportunities, ranging from mining and conversion to UF6 feedstock supply, Nano Nuclear said, adding that they will carry out "favorable" uranium offtake agreements, potentially invest in mineral production, pursue fuel-cycle infrastructure, and create future joint ventures.
