Nano-X Imaging Enters Deal to Sell 3.8 Million Shares via Direct Offering

03:06 AM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nano-X Imaging ( NNOX ) said late Sunday it agreed to sell about 3.8 million ordinary shares to a single unnamed institutional investor for gross proceeds of $15 million.

Net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or about Tuesday, subject to customary closing conditions.
