Napco Security Technologies' Fiscal Q4 Earnings, Revenue Rise; Dividend Increased

08:35 AM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Napco Security Technologies ( NSSC ) reported fiscal Q4 earnings Monday of $0.36 per diluted share, up from $0.28 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

The provider of electronic security equipment also reported adjusted EBITDA of $0.41 per share, up from $0.35 per share a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $50.3 million, compared with $44.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $50.3 million.

The company raised its quarterly dividend to $0.125 per share from $0.10, payable on Oct. 3 to shareholders of record on Sept. 12.

Napco shares were 2.6% higher in premarket trading.
