08:38 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nasdaq's (NDAQ) Nasdaq Verafin and BioCatch said Wednesday that they have formed a partnership to use their complementary technology tools to combat payment fraud.

The partnership's initial stage will include integrating BioCatch alerts and insights into the Nasdaq Verafin platform to stop fraudulent transactions before funds leave a customer's account, the companies said.

The partnership will also include more product integrations, co-developed fraud tools, and joint research and thought leadership, according to the companies.
