06:34 AM EDT, 07/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Natera ( NTRA ) said Monday the data from a study showed its Signatera molecular residual disease test identified patients with resected colorectal liver metastases who benefited from adjuvant chemotherapy.
The company said the analysis included 298 patients from the trial with a median follow-up of 43 months.
Among certain patients who had surgery without prior chemotherapy, adjuvant chemotherapy significantly improved overall survival and disease-free survival versus observation, the company said.
Four-year overall survival was 65.3% with chemotherapy versus 32.9% without, it added.
