National Bank of Canada Shareholders Elect Directors, Air Canada Executive Arielle Meloul-Wechsler Enters Board

08:16 AM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- National Bank of Canada ( NTIOF ) late on Friday said shareholders at the annual and special meeting elected all director nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated February 20.

Arielle Meloul-Wechsler, an executive vice president at Air Canada EVP, has been elected as a director for the first time, the bank said. She has held several executive mandates in Human Resources at Air Canada ( ACDVF ) since 2013.
