01:54 PM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Docebo's ( DCBO ) current Chief Financial Officer Sukaran Mehta will be leaving the company to take on a leadership role at another company effective Feb. 28.

Current SVP of Finance, Brandon Farber, will serve as interim CFO while Docebo ( DCBO ) launches a search for a permanent successor.

In the same release, Docebo ( DCBO ) confirmed its fourth-quarter outlook is unchanged.

National Bank analyst Richard Tse said Mehta was a "notably" strong executive for Docebo ( DCBO ) and his departure is a meaningful loss for the company. However, Tse doesn't see this transition as disrupting Docebo's ( DCBO ) operations in the short term.

Maintain Outperform rating with a DCF-based target price of US$55.
