National Bank Previews Spin Master's Third-Quarter Earnings
Oct 2, 2024 11:44 PM

01:32 PM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- In his third-quarter preview of Spin Master ( SNMSF ) , National Bank analyst Adam Shine is looking for a 29% rise in Gross Product Sales (GPS) to $876 million, with total revenue up 20.5%, to $855 million.

About 80% of Spin Master ( SNMSF ) unit Melissa & Doug's GPS skews to the second half with Spin Master ( SNMSF ) telegraphing in its second quarter a relatively equal split over the third and fourth quarters.

Shine adds that Spin Master's ( SNMSF ) track record of missing guidance (reduced 2018-2019 & 2022-2023, pulled 2020) adds uncertainty to toy industry challenges. The company will need to deliver more than previously expected in the fourth quarter to achieve its 2024 outlook.

Spin Master ( SNMSF ) is rated sector perform, with a $35.00 target.

Price: 30.07, Change: -1.55, Percent Change: -4.90
