National Health Investors Prices Stock Offering at $71.25 Per Share

03:32 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- National Health Investors ( NHI ) said late Wednesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2.4 million common shares at $71.25 per share, pursuant to certain forward purchase sales deals.

The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to 360,000 additional shares from the forward purchasers, which include BofA Securities, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities and BMO Capital Markets.

Net proceeds received from the forward purchasers will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.

Price: 71.48, Change: -3.11, Percent Change: -4.17
