National Labor Relations Board Reportedly Files Complaint Against Tesla
May 10, 2024 5:06 AM

07:58 AM EDT, 05/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- The National Labor Relations Board accused Tesla (TSLA) of taking steps to prevent its employees at its Buffalo, New York facility from unionizing, according to media reports.

The complaint accuses the automaker of implementing an unlawful policy for technology use in the workplace that restricts the use of email and content sharing to "business purposes only," which discourages employees from forming or joining a union, according to reports.

Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
