National Storage Affiliates Trust Q3 Core FFO, Revenue Decline

03:29 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- National Storage Affiliates Trust ( NSA ) reported late Monday Q3 core funds from operations of $0.57 per share, down from $0.62 per share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.56 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $188.7 million, down from $193.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $186.4 million.

The company expects full-year 2025 core FFO to range from $2.17 to $2.23 per share. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $2.20 per share.
