09:40 AM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- National Vision Holdings ( EYE ) said Tuesday it has named Alex Wilkes as its chief executive officer, effective Aug. 1.

Wilkes, who became the company's president in August 2024, will assume the CEO role from Reade Fahs, who will become the board's executive chairman, National Vision ( EYE ) said.

The company said Wilkes and Fahs will continue to work closely to ensure a smooth transition.
