08:00 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage ( NGVC ) said Friday it appointed a member of its board, Richard Halle, as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.

Halle will succeed Todd Dissinger, who is retiring on Dec. 31, Natural Grocers said. The new CFO will start his interim employment with Natural Grocers on Monday for the role transition, the company added.

Halle was previously a managing director of Alvarez and Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement Group, the company said.
