Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $93.2 million, down from $97.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts' estimates were not available for comparison.

The company announced Thursday a special distribution of $2.44 per common unit to help cover unitholders' tax liabilities in 2023.
