Nature Wood Reveals Several Changes to Management; Names Liying Wang as CEO

11:15 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nature Wood Group ( NWGL ) announced on Monday several changes in its board of directors and officers, starting Nov. 3.

The company said chief executive officer Hubei Song has resigned, with Liying Wang set to succeed him.

The company added that Hok Pan Se resigned as director and chairman of the board.

Nature Wood ( NWGL ) said Kam Pang Chim resigned as its chief financial officer and will be succeeded by Hong Wang. It has appointed Zhilin Cai as chief strategy officer.

The resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the company, according to a statement.
