10:26 AM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nauticus Robotics ( KITT ) said Monday that Jimena Begaries was appointed interim chief financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective July 25.

Begaries, who has been working with Nauticus through Flexible Consulting since April, succeeds Victoria Hay, the company said. Begaries will continue to be employed by Flexible Consulting, the company added.

Hay will continue supporting the company during the transition through Flexible Consulting, Nauticus said.
