04:01 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nauticus Robotics ( KITT ) said late Wednesday it has agreed to acquire SeaTrepid International, a provider of underwater robotic services.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said the merged entity's revenue is expected to be around nine times higher than Nauticus' 2024 revenue.

The acquisition is expected to close in May, subject to approvals.

Shares of Nauticus rose more than 33% in premarket activity Thursday.
