04:36 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Navigator Holdings ( NVGS ) disclosed late Thursday the closing of the secondary offering of 7 million of its shares by BW Group at $15 per share.

Navigator said it didn't offer any shares in the offering and didn't get any proceeds from the sale of the shares.

The company also said it bought 3.5 million of the offered shares from the underwriters in the secondary offering at a price per share of $14.52.
