05:25 PM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Navigator (NVGS) said Tuesday that its shareholder BW Group is selling 6 million shares of the company, with Citigroup and DNB Markets as joint book-running managers for the secondary offering.

Navigator said it plans to buy half of the total shares in the offering and will fund the repurchase with cash at hand.

Shares of Navigator fell about 3.5% in after-hours activity.
