Navigator Says BW Group to Sell Eight Million Shares at $17.50 in Secondary Offering

09:04 AM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Navigator Holdings ( NVGS ) said Friday that BW Group will sell eight million shares in a secondary offering priced at $17.50 per share.

The company said it expects the offering to close around Monday. Navigator said it is not selling any shares and will not receive any proceeds.

Navigator has previously said it plans to purchase from the underwriters in the secondary offering 3.5 million shares at the same price, which will be funded with cash on hand.
