04:49 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Navios Maritime Partners ( NMM ) said Thursday it sold two dry bulk vessels and agreed to sell one tanker.
The company also said it has taken delivery of one tanker and chartered out three containerships and two tankers.
Navios said it sold two Panamax vessels for a gross sale price of $8.3 million each and agreed to sell one VLCC for $52.5 million. The sale of the VLCC is expected to be completed in Q4. Navios expects to generate about $69.1 million in total sale proceeds from the three transactions.
The company said it took delivery of a MR2 product tanker, which has been chartered out at a rate of $22,669 net per day for about five years.
Additionally, Navios said it signed new long-term charters expected to generate revenue of $113.9 million.
The company said it expects contracted revenue of $580.4 million for the last six months of this year and $749.9 million for 2026.
