10:41 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Navitas Semiconductor ( NVTS ) said Wednesday it has partnered with GigaDevice to create a joint research and development laboratory focused on combining Navitas' GaNFast technology with GigaDevice's microcontrollers.

The collaboration aims to accelerate adoption of gallium nitride power ICs and silicon carbide technology in AI data centers, electric vehicles, solar energy, and energy-saving systems, Navitas said.

Financial details of the partnership were not provided.
