04:19 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Navitas Semiconductor ( NVTS ) said Monday its board has named Chris Allexandre as president and chief executive, effective Sept. 1.

Allexandre, who will also join the board, succeeds Gene Sheridan, who will step down as president and CEO and from the board on Aug. 31, the company said.

Allexandre was most recently in senior executive roles at Renesas Electronics, including senior vice president and general manager of the company's power division from October 2023, Navitas said.
