05:35 PM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NBT Bancorp ( NBTB ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings late Monday of $1.05 per diluted share, up from $0.80 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.97 a share.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and non-interest income, was $186.1 million, up from $147.4 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $183.8 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.37 per share, payable on Dec. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 1.
