NCino Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2026 Guidance Raised

04:41 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NCino ( NCNO ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.16 per diluted share, down from $0.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16.

Revenue in the three months ended April 30 rose to $144.1 million from $128.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $140.2 million.

The company expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.13 to $0.14 on revenue of $142 million to $144 million. Analysts polled by FactSet project non-GAAP EPS of $0.15 on revenue of $143.4 million.

The company said it now expects fiscal 2026 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.69 to $0.72 versus the prior outlook of $0.66 to $0.69. The company now expects revenue of $578.5 million to $582.5 million, versus the prior outlook of $574.5 million to $578.5 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet forecast non-GAAP EPS of $0.69 on revenue of $577 million.

Shares of the company fell 1.1% in recent after-hours activity.
