NCino Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Income, Revenue Rise; FY 2026 Guidance Increased; Shares Gain After Hours

04:38 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NCino ( NCNO ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.22 per diluted share, up from $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.

Revenue in the three months ended July 31 rose to $148.8 million from $132.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $143.2 million.

The company expects Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.20 to $0.21 on revenue of $146 million to $148 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet project EPS of $0.19 on revenue of $146.1 million.

The company boosted guidance for fiscal 2026 non-GAAP EPS to $0.77 to $0.80 on revenue of $585 million to $589 million, up from EPS of $0.69 to $0.72 on revenue of $578.5 million to $582.5 million.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.72 on revenue of $581.5 million.

The company's shares rose 5.9% in after-hours trading.
