Malls in the National Capital Region (NCR) have started seeing a recovery in footfalls. As shoppers start to return, malls have also begun to launch new stores. Is the return of footfalls leading to a surge in business? CNBC-TV18’s Timsy Jaipuria gets a ground report from Delhi.
