04:29 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NCR Voyix ( VYX ) said late Monday it kicked off tender offers to purchase, for cash, a portion of its outstanding senior notes for up to $1.1 billion.

The company said $450 million of 5.25% senior notes due 2030, $1.2 billion of 5.125% senior notes due 2029, and $650 million of 5% senior notes due 2028 are outstanding.

The tender offers will expire Sept. 24.
