08:47 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nebius Group ( NBIS ) has signed an agreement with Vantage Data Centers to deploy high-density artificial intelligence infrastructure powered by Nvidia ( NVDA ) at Vantage's CWL1 data center campus in Newport, Wales, the companies said Thursday.

Financial terms were not provided.

Under the agreement, Nebius ( NBIS ) will lease capacity at CWL1 to support AI training, inference, agentic AI and enterprise AI workloads, the companies said.

The capacity is part of Nebius' ( NBIS ) UK infrastructure buildout, the companies said.

Shares of Nebius Group ( NBIS ) were down more than 3% pre-bell Thursday.
