11:55 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Nebius Group ( NBIS ) said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that it has signed an equity distribution agreement for the offering of up to 25 million Class A shares from time to time.

The agreement was struck with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, and Citigroup Global Markets, the filing showed.

Shares of Nebius ( NBIS ) were down more than 8% in recent trading.
