Feb 11 (Reuters) - Canadian miner Barrick Gold's ( GOLD )

negotiations with the Malian government have been

suspended without reaching an agreement to end the dispute over

payments, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday, citing people

familiar with the government's position.
