10:53 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Neo-Concept International ( NCI ) said Wednesday it formalized a joint venture with Liwa Trading Enterprises, a retail group based in the United Arab Emirates, to sell apparel products in the UAE and Middle East and North African regions.

The joint venture is slated to start operations in the UAE by Q4, the company said.
