Neogen, Biomatter to Collaborate to Develop Enzyme-Based Products

09:28 AM EDT, 08/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Neogen (NEOG) and Biomatter said Monday they entered into an arrangement to create new enzyme-based products.

Under the arrangement, the companies said they will combine their expertise to design enzymes with unique capabilities for use in food safety-related applications.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
